Dear All,
While I agree with many of the texts / options referred to above, my
preference is
Arasteh 2 ( I have now found the text ) except Drazak 1 AND Drazak ameded
by Lisse ( As due process has a vague connotation )

Within its mission and in its operations, ICANN will be committed to
respect the fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).and in the  International Covenant on
civil and Poli tical Rights
The addition is important as it refers to right to education and other
rights as described in Article 19 of the Covenant .
I hereby withdraw ARASTEH 1 in favour of Arasteh 2 to be renumbered as
Arasteh 1
