[Wp4] Human Rights PC2 draft for CCWG comment

I am very concerned at the examples for two reasons.

1. "will be committed to" has to be removed throughout, and replaced by 
"will respect"

2. Example 1 should be removed. It seems to imply that the Art 10 rights 
(free expression) are all that is involved without highlighting (for 
example) the right to privacy, or even more astounding, the right to 
property (including intellectaual property).

So I suggest we leave the example as

Does that find agreement?
