Thanks for your questions.

1. The numbers were rounded and we felt it important to show that *less* than 1% identified in some other way to ensure that all self-identification categories are captured.

2. Yes, correct, that is what it means. Females are more likely to care than males and those who identify with non-binary gender about familial responsibilities.

3. The report mirrors the language used in the survey. People were asked if they identify as male, female, prefer not to say or in some other way.

- I am correct that in the visual the total percentage of people interviewed adds to 101% (1 +3 + 48 + 49)?
- The language in the bottom right box means that women are more likely to care that caring/familial responsibilities impact than men/non-binary people? It is a bit hard to read from the current formulation.
- Why was it opted to refer to women as females and men as males? Instead of just women and men?
