Dear Ergys

About the process of preparing the questionnaire until the end result
of this published report, there are still challenges faced everyday
regarding Gender & Diversity participation in ICANN that go from
simple things such as stating a dress code in an activity announcement
(and rattling some) until counting the number of women which interact
in spaces where ICANN sponsors.
So I remember when the questionnaire was being built, a lot of what
could generate cross section data was left out - concerns about
getting too much personal data, managing the information etc.
If you can, please note what are the paths forward after the
publication of this research. Are there any actions ICANN is planning
to improve equitable participation? Is there any follow-up survey to
be implemented? What is the most important thing left out and what
could be different?

I know all of those are not easy questions but maybe this is time to
start facing them.
