*Decisions:*

   - Diversity approved second reading and good to go for public comment
   with amendment, as discussed, regarding the Office of Diversity note.
   - SOAC first reading completed.
   - First reading Staff Acct completed. A number of edits suggested during
   the call should be included in the next version of the document prior to
   the second reading.
   - First reading of Ombuds and Human Rights deferred to extension of
   meeting on 28 September.
