Dear Niels
I can nit agree with the language proposed by Greg
It is not a balanced language in our views
In views of those opposing to the public comments it may be a balanced
language but NOT in our views
Pls report to CCWG that due to prevailing circumstances those who objected
to the language proposed by ANN and Greg COULD not attend the meeting and
reserve their rights to come back at CCWG
THERE WAS NO CONSENSZUS. That is what you have to report . I emphasize that
once again
