I opened the link but was not sure where to sign up...

And sure, anyone engaged in developing a response must not be analysing
it. Also yes I was involved in preparing the JNC response.

I have not read the responses yet, but what about I analysing the Swiss
response, which is the only Northern gov response that I can see in the
below.
