[WS2-Jurisdiction-Questionnaire] Volunteers neededfor remaining questionnaire responses

Questionnaire Review & Evaluation Team,

As discussed on this week's Subgroup call, each member of this Team should
take responsibility for one questionnaire response.  (It cannot be their
own response, i.e., one they wrote or took part in preparing.)

For that response, the Team member needs to review and analyze the
response, present the response to the Subgroup, and then lead the
discussion of that response in the Subgroup meeting and on the email list.

Some Team members have already signed-up for a response, but we still have
several that need to be chosen.

I would prefer not to assign rresponses to Team members, and it would be
