[Ws2-jurisdiction] FOR YOUR REVIEW: CHOICE OF LAW AND CHOICE OF VENUE RECOMMENDATION

Dear colleagues,
I hope you will not hate me too much (or more than already), but I mistakingly made edits to the doc a few days back and did not change to edit mode. I have now made a diff and added comments and highlights in green to explain what I did based on that. 

There was no intention whatsoever to camouflage the edits.
