[Ws2-ombudsman] Composition of the IOO-DT-RG

Hello,
During the call today we have setup a small team to follow the external
review of the IOO process.
The objectif is to be the more agile possible during the festive season.
The Icann Office Ombuds Design Team Review Group will report by mail or
during the call to the full Design Team.
