I note that some members of the group do not want my input in this matter.
Please therefore take me off the list, and you may continue as you wish. The
purpose of the independent evaluator is not to check on the work which Herb
and I have done, but to look at the post transition changes and evaluate the
function of the office within those changes together with the ATRT2 and
other proposals. How this creates a conflict of interest is beyond me. If
this was an issue perhaps the courteous thing to do was ask me or Herb. But
it's your problem now.
