[Ws2-ombudsman] Ombudsman Assessment: Next Steps

Just a quick update on process and progress.

We had a very productive conversation with Debra and Phil about the timetable and, bar any unforeseen circumstances, Phil and Debra will present you with initial findings on your call on 22 May – this will include a Q&A session. Depending on the outcome of that call, Phil and Debra should be ready to provide you with a draft report a few days later so that you have time to consult the text prior to the call on 30 May when Debra and Phil will present it – also followed by Q&A.
