I wanted to send a mail to encourage the participants of the IOO sub-group to express any concern about our propose revised draft recommendations.

In other word it is our second reading of the answers of the public comments and

the fist reading of our revised draft by the dead line in Bernard mail.

Hope that we wil be able on the 20th to finalize and conclude the work of our IOO sub-group.

Given the difficulty in getting quorum for meetings of the sub-group, coupled with the urgency to complete the review of these recommendations in light of the public comments (so they can be included in the WS2 final report (latest date 2 March)),  a new draft of the recommendations has been produced which incorporates what the rapporteur considers required changes to address the public comments which have been made.

Attached to this email you will find a red-lined PDF version of this draft document for your consideration.

We expect to discuss this document at our next meeting scheduled for Monday 12 February 1900 UTC however we are still missing several email notifications of attendance to be able to confirm the meeting - as such we  would strongly encourage all those who intend to participate to confirm this via email ASAP and prior to the Sunday 11 February 0700 UTC deadline.

Should we have to cancel this meeting we will expect comments on significant issues vs the updated document on the list by Wednesday 14 February 23:59 UTC so these can be considered.

The following, and final meeting prior to the ICANN 61 WS2 face to face meeting, is scheduled for Tuesday 20 February 1300 UTC. Please confirm if you intend to participate in this meeting. If this meeting cannot be held due to lack of participants the updated version of the recommendations will be sent to the plenary as the final recommendations of the sub-group on Tuesday 20 February 1300 UTC
