Hi Jordan, 

There are only a few more documents that Willie sent through to the Advisors. They are attached, and described as follows: 

·         Comment on the draft proposal (26 May 2015)

·         Draft accountability framework more detail in Willie’s own words below (extracted from his email) (23 June 2015)

I've been participating the CCWG-Accountability's meetings and overall I'm impressed with the progress made in assessing the public response to the draft proposal.

One thing that keeps recurring is the question of ICANN's global accountability for the IANA transition to the broad multistakeholder Internet community - a question Jan has articulated several times: who watches the watchers.

I attended a meeting on Moday of ICANN's Working Group on Internet Governance which discussed the various initiatives at play in the Internet Governance ecosystem and it struck me that the NETmundial initiative may be well-positioned to play a role in a form of global accountability function because unlike the IGF it can take actions regarding Internet Governance.

So I've put together an idea of how this could work.

·         First draft of the mutual accountability roundtable (ALAC was omitted in the first draft which is why I circulated the second draft) (24 June 2015)

Thanks Grace - I think there was an earlier documentation of this when it wasn't being talked about as part of the Community mechanism per se. This proposal is the version where it is the Empowered Community.  I can't recall when William sent that but I remember it... do you have it available?
