Dear Grace,
Thank you vbery much for the message.
CCWG needs to consider.
1. The need for physical meeting in LA, together with its timing probably
23-24 September, if CCWG AGREE
2. Before the issue is discussed with Board, it seems premature to have
public meeting as there must be some exchange of views and opinion that
should be first discussed between CCWG and the Board which ,in any case,
would be VIRTUALLY public .
The matter needs to be discussed by CCWG at its next call and the Board
should formally ask for such arrangements, unless CCWG, the message just
received from Bruce as reflecting the Board's view and NOT only one Board
member.
We need to work properly ,efficiently and formall
In fact I( KAVOUSSARASTEH)proposed a virtual meeting with Board as soon as
we received clarifications which are being sought by CCWG
Regards
Kavouss .
