[CCWG-ACCT] initial legal responses to our questions

Hi Robin,

That is part of what we will be discussing at our legal sub-team dinner tonight. Initially we have an estimate of having the law firm identified and contracted by the end of February. Then, depending on their knowledge about ICANN, we estimate having their advice by late march. 

These are estimate dates. Of course.
