[CCWG-ACCT] [CCWG-Accountability] Membership thoughts

Shouldn't  the same rules of Acc / Trans that we are looking forward for
ICANN also apply at the level of the SO/ACs? Or even for all of the I*
bodies? Shouldn't that include geographic representativeness as in GAC and
ALAC?
