Thanks for the share Alice, two quick comments below:

- Was there really any time we had 40 unique remote participants in the AC
room? (i hope you recall that members present also joined the room)
- It may be helpful to reference documents mentioned in the statement, like
the stress test list, the mindmap et all

On a lighter note, i suggest you give at least a 24hrs window before
closing comments on this doc
