[CCWG-ACCT] COMMENTS/EDITS by 17:00 UTC today - Draft statement - Frankfurt Meeting

we apologize for the short notice, but if you could raise objections before 17.00 UTC today, that would be most appreciated. As discussed in Frankfurt, want to make sure the community gets first handed information about the outcome of our meeting and not speculations or biased information from third party.
