[CCWG-ACCT] Draft v.11 for posting

Dear Co-Chairs,

please advise me where this is stated in the Charter?

Please advise staff, that as much as I appreciate their work, the below
is beyond the scope of their involvement.


Never mind that this "document", which is not worth the paper it is
printed on (I know, PDF :-)-O), not only is not a consensus document but
only preliminary, but also in violation of the Charter in that against
objection(s) the required Consensus Call was not taken, and the minority
view(s) were not attached.

If something like this had been posted by a Co-Chair I would have been
inclined to disturb the harmony of the mailing list.
