[CCWG-ACCT] comments on draft summary

The bit of Avri's mail I want to draw attention to is this:

"we are increasing the powers of all segments of the ICANN community, 
with the exception of the ICANN Board."

Avri goes on to speak for, or to, the GAC.

She urges an increase in the "powers of
