Dear all,
Please find included some suggested changes on

  1.  process/procedures around seeking support/endorsement of chartering organizations for final recommendations  (sequence of steps and role of chartering organizations to submit Proposal(s) to the Board.
  2.  Interaction between Board, CCWG and chattering organizations around modification of  final recommendations: (defining role of chattering organizations as part of the process defined by the Board)
  3.  section III on work plan and schedule to reflect proposed procedures AND changes to scope section ( work stream 1 and 2) -> regular update of work plan and schedule and reflect new definition and working method around work stream 1 and 2
  4.  addition to problem /issue escalation section: moved paragraph on no consensus to section problem/issue escalation section
