Just a quick suggestion to avoid getting into the details of the current UDRP ..
If you agree, we can just refer to whether a bundle should all have the same status and whether the whole bundle should inherit the status of a certain member should it gets to change ..

1.        When a label goes into dispute, does its WHOIS information change (e.g. indicating it is in dispute)?
