Dear Sarmad,
As you know UDRP is only for gTLDs. Some ccTLDs have adopted similar
policies, but quite a number have their own policies and rules. As far UDRP
proper goes, no substantive change in WHOIS database can occur once the
proceedings are launched since a transfer is ruled out until there is a
ruling and the address of the original registrant at the time of the
launching of complaint is used for notification. As far as I know there is
no visible indication on WHOIS about the existence of a dispute case. Hope
