[arabic-vip] Translation of Integrated Issues Report?

IMO, the best way to decide on whether a translation is required or not is to contact those who commented on the Arabic Case Study document and see their need for a translation.

Dear Team Members,

On 23 December 2011, we are aiming to publish for public comment the Integrated Issues Report and would like to elicit your opinion as to whether it is necessary to have the report translated.

There are two issues to bear in mind, one being the amount of time it may take to have the translations completed, and the second,  the technical nature and complexity of the report. Do you believe that your community members will find the English version sufficient to submit comments, or will they be looking for a translated version, too?

You may remember that the six case study reports were translated into the following languages and most were completed after the public comments closed:
