[arabic-vip] Agenda for Conference Call 2

Dear Andrew,

We discussed and added the following categories to the issues/requirements
list:

-variants
-TLD delegation
-DNSSEC
-Registry operations
-Dispute resolution
-IPv6

We only discussed "variants", i.e. the first item in the list.  It would be
good to explore what issues are relevant to other items in the list in more
details.
