[arabic-vip] Arabic Script Issues Document Ver 0.7

Dear All,

 

Was just reading through the Quran and came across the following two Ayats
in Surat Hud (11).  Kindly note Teh with vertical dots in the first and the
use of swash kaf in the second.  Also does the Hamza seem wavy

This does support what we are pointing out in our document.
