I am the technical contact for .TZ registry. I have been very active
especially in the Africa region to assist other developing ccTLDs in
deploying various technologies and managing registries in general. I am the
member of the technical committee of the AFTLD where we participate in
forming the training team for AFTLD events. I was the lead trainer in the
last event (Secure Registry Operations Course) in Dakar, Senegal. I also
trained and assist other ccTLDs to deploy DNSSEC, these are .zm, .ke, and .rw
(still in progress). I also have an invite by .bi this coming July for
DNSSEC. I assisted .mw and .ls to deploy FRED registry software etc.

If given the opportunity to attend this ICANN meeting, I will be able to
interact with technical members of other ccTLDs across the globe to discuss
current technologies and to learn from them of their achievements. This is
the vital knowledge which i am intending to take back to Africa and share
with other ccTLDs to strengthen the Internet.


Additional relevant information: I have participated in the CCNSO before, by
giving a presentation titled ".TZ KSK Algorithm Rollover" in the Tech Day,
during ICANN52 - Singapore.
