While I am well aware my standing sleep window has impeded participation 
during those houses, I continue to participate in the MPC, SOPC, and IGCL and 
I continue to believe IGCL in particular, will take on greater importance to 
the ccTLD community.   Involvement with PDP 3, though winding down, and the 
CSC effectiveness review team.
