In addition to being a ccTLD technical manager since 2000 and the GM of PNINA 
since its establishment in 2003, I have a PhD degree from University of 
Leicester, UK. My research focuses on the QoS attributes of the global DNS 
system abd how to improve thexstability, security, resilience and 
availability of such critical internet resources . I think i will contribute 
to the promotion of the technical, policy making and managerial aspects of 
the system.
