I am the technical contact for the TZ ccTLD and am responsible for the 
registry's technical operations. I am a co-founder of both the Tanzania 
Network Operators Group (TZNOG) and the Tanzania Internet Society (ISOC) 
chapter. TZNOG is responsible for capacity development in Internet-related 
technologies in Tanzania. I serve on AfriNIC's Governance Committee. I am a 
member of the AFTLD's technical committee, which is responsible for preparing 
technical trainings for all ccTLD communities in the region and providing 
technical assistance to forthcoming registries.  I am also a member of the 
ccNSO DNS abuse committee. I participate in additional ICANN-related 
activities in my personal capacity as a contractor for the Coalition for 
Digital Africa's DNSSEC Roadshow in Africa.
