[Ccpdp-rm] CPDP-RM - Time and frequency of calls

I’m fairly relaxed about the actual time (which is in the evening for me) but from the message I wasn’t sure whether the meeting is now weekly ie double the amount of time, or weekly and double (triple?) the length of time and therefore 4 x the current volume.

I guess from my perspective a smaller number of focussed shorter meetings with a 1 page sent out in advance stating clearly what’s going to be covered and the desired outputs from the meetings might help focus on productivity as opposed to just increasing the meeting length?

Hi Bernard,

18.00 utc is a bit uncomfortable for me 19.00 (or the current 20.00) would suit me much better. Going to weekly meetings may result in having to miss more meetings. If necessary however I can adjust to the proposed new schedule.

All,

Given the amount of material, we have to get through we would like to propose that we move our calls from 20:00 UTC to 18:00 UTC and that the frequency be weekly starting on Wednesday, February 9th - and to avoid all doubt the February 9th call would be at 18:00 UTC.

Please advise if this is not workable for you.
