I support Daniel comments and particularly the "or in service" in his
suggested sentence:
 "-   Be aligned +or in service+ of the ICANN's mission and core principles"
But it might be a need to expand on what in service could be.

Otherwise, one might (or should) think that all the listed criteria have to
be fulfilled at once, which would reduce the scope to the most constraining
one, i.e.

   "- Support ICANN's community activities and consensus-building processes"

Another option would be to include this ICANN specific criteria in the
first one, e.g.
   "-   Be aligned +or in service+ of the ICANN's mission and core
principles"

And keep the "Projects should:" as a AND constraint.




Edit: I think there's a typo:  “(concept).
probably should just be    concept.
