[Ccwg-auctionproceeds] Are we trying to reinvent the wheel or Coordinate with other donors: Other Internet Community funding initiatives..

Robert, with due respect, this funding source is focused on creating dissidence toward repressive regimes.
While I respect its work, it is not a role model for the CCWG-AP, in my view.

The ICANN AP funding mechanism will need to be focused on ICANN's mission.

To answer the question in your subject line: this group answered this question in our work and the transcripts document that. I realize you represent the SSAC. Can I ask if SSAC is asking that we start over? We are focused on the mechanism to distribute the current Auction Proceeds, not creating a new global development mechanism, using the Auction Proceeds as a venture capital fund, as far as I can tell.
