[Understanding U Understanding Life]

You cannot make changes that will affect millions of domain name owners who
are already struggling to build businesses without consulting all the
organizations involved. It is irresponsible, disrespectful and unethical to
make decisions behind closed doors when there is a large community of
people and organizations involved, without providing further clarification
on how ICANN will spend the collected funds. Are these changes necessary?
Or is it because there's somebody at the top of the ladder who's wanting to
be further enriched at the expense of others.
Please be considerate enough to provide us with a bit more information on
why, and how the funds will be spent,  and the necessity of these changes,
if there's any.
