The proposed Amendment 3 is not a reasonable increase in fees.
There is no reason to permit such an egregious increase when there is no 
substantial cost of service to justify it.
I vehemently oppose it and unfair and monopolistic, it should not be 
permitted.
I pay for dozens of domains names and the potential rate increase is 
unreasonable, unwarranted, and unacceptable.
