Hello,

I would like to express my dissapoinment that .COM domain price is bound to increase without eplaination of additional expenses for ICANN. This price hike would make it difficult for Lithuanians and other citizens of poorer countries to be part of internet community and provide services for global consumption. I believe that price regulation for public and essential services like DNS should be transparent and based on expenses rather than arbitrary numbers. I hope you will reconsider pricing .COM higher.
