Hi,

I am writing to lobby against amendment 3 and the opportunity for .com
price increases. I'm a front-end software engineer who relies on the
affordability of .com domains every day. The internet relies on access to
information and the ability to publish new information.  We shouldn't
hamper new ideas and new businesses with higher fees.
