The apparent cost increases associated with this proposal are completely 
unacceptable. There is no transparency of the uses to which the 
increased revenue will be put so I assume this is sheer greed on behalf 
of those concerned with this unnecessary change. I am merely a private 
user and such a move may force me to close down my website.
