[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

Like many others, I am concerned by Proposed Amendment 3, and I oppose
opening the door to increasing the cost of .com domains—particularly for
the effect it would have on start-ups, as well as the many individuals who
have purchased .com domains for personal use.  The current rate is already
more than justified.
