Will anybody even read this?

Considering the DECLINING costs of technology, I would expect the cost of
domain registration to be going DOWN. Considering there's no competition,
raising of the wholesale cost of registration is tantamount to monopolistic
abuse.

I hope that ICANN, in serving the public interest, would take heed to the
overwhelming opposition of the public to the price hikes that will be
allowed by this amendment.
