[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increase in fee charge for internet domain

This proposal will not only force some small scale enterprise off the internet community, especially those of us from developing nations, it will view as being discriminatory. 
Every proposed increase has to be with inputs from all stakeholders including users from developing nations  
Which due to their situation - both political and economic should be given a special consideration- a waiver
