As a small business owner who has to compete relentlessly with digital marketing while managing operating costs, I am appalled at both the lack of transparency of your agreement with Verisign and the wholesale registries plus its opaque information about cost increases.  My operating margins require constant vigilance.  With US economic growth numbers hovering at 2.5%, my operating costs must follow a similar trajectory.

Small businesses make up 50% of US employment and we stay ahead by operating with integrity and competitive numbers.  We need predictability in our business just like any other large organization. Get your numbers, and information, in line.
