Removing the price increase cap on domain names will have a detrimental 
effect on smaller businesses, organizations, and individuals, since over 
the long term, the prices for these names will rise above an affordable 
level for these small groups.  As a result, there will be less 
independent innovation and representation on the web, an aspect that 
makes the internet such a powerful economic force.
