[Comments-lgr-proposal-korean-script-02mar21] Acknowledgements: all community participants of KGP meetings

As a community member who had chances to contribute to the K-LGR proposal,
I have a sense of obligation to record a few names to be acknowledged.

It's already been 3 years since the very first time I attended Korean
Generation Panel's meetings. Invaluable contributions had been
delivered from various community members, regardless of the presence of
their names on the K-LGR proposal document itself. I'd like to express my
very great appreciation to all community members - by community, I refer to
the citizens all around the world who had a chance to express one's opinion
on the K-LGR proposal document.

Seonghoon Kang, Shinjo Park, and Jaemin Chung allowed community members,
especially those who weren't aware of K-LGR before(myself, for instance),
to be aware of the discussion around K-LGR proposal. Many community members
including Hyeon Kim, Jong-Chan Choi devoted their time to attend KGP's
meetings. Keonbum Lee and MJ Kim from Solidarity for Hangul Culture
presented their concerns which led me to keep participating in KGP's
meetings. Of course there are more names to be mentioned, like the
participants of 2018 KrIGF, and so on.

The WLE rule newly added in the K-LGR proposal, "Do not mix Hangul and
Hanja in the same label", could be considered as the most notable changes
made during the past 3 years. I support this change, and I appreciate all
invaluable efforts from the community and KGP members, to allow this change
to be  made.
