[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Please don’t remove cap

Hi,

I use a .org domain for my personal blog because the prices for renewal are low and predictable. I fear removing the price cap could lead to dramatic price increases, as I’ve seen on other TLDs, and force me to migrate my site elsewhere. Please consider people in this situation when making your decision.
