Given how much some registries charge for a domain name, especially those considered to be “premium,” this should be a no-brainer. We need the caps in place to ensure small businesses and entrepreneurs have equal access to domain names. 

I can not believe that you’d even consider doing otherwise. Leave the caps in place.
