To whom it may concern:

I oppose the removal of the price cap provisions that exist in the existing agreement. The price cap is an important check on the Public Interest Registry because they have no competition for registering .org domain names, so they have no incentive to consider the best interest of the consumer. I hope that you will continue to protect consumers so that the internet may be open to everyone, not only those who have enough money to pay high prices for domain names.
