To whom it may concern:

I am a .org registrant.  Aside from non profits, many .org domains are also
used by hobbyists or for personal use (as mine).  Unrestrained price
increases would open up the possibility for a lot of people to be unable to
afford their domain name.  A negotiated 10% is acceptable as it allows for
people to budget and nake decisions as necessary as opposed to basically
having their domain yanked out from under them.  Please oppose unrestrained
price increases.
