Removing the cap in Domain Registration is something that should not be allowed.  The current increase of 10% a year is already too steep since it greatly surpasses the rate of inflation.  Increasing the cost is just a greedy move.  It is scummy.  It is immoral.  It would put up more barriers to communication when we need the opposite.  If this goes through, everyone who allowed it to will play a part in our society become worse off.
